BUILDING module

BUILDING module enables you:
  •  to generate model of the structure from columns, beams, walls, partitions, floor slabs and foundation slabs;
  •  to define vertical loads on the floor slabs as concentrated loads and as distributed along the whole area or across the specified region;
  •  to define wind and earthquake loads by specifying direction of load. Properties of the structure and site area are specified according to appropriate building codes;
  •  to perform simplified analysis and determine loads on structural elements (STE);
  •  to perform static and dynamic analyses using Finite Element Method and determine displacements, forces and stresses;
  •  to evaluate the analysis results - contour plots of displacements and stresses, force diagrams, summary loads on every element, animation of mode shapes, analysis results can be presented in tabular form in *.rtf format;
  •  to determine and check sections of structural elements (STE), determine reinforcement;
  •  to generate bill of materials;
  •  to export data to other modules of MONOMAKH software;
  •  to export design model to LIRA software;
  •  to export loads on footings to DEF-PC software.
